The course “The Role of Civil Society” was created in cooperation with local higher education institutions and experts with the aim of providing undergraduate students with reliable academic knowledge about civil society and civil society organizations. For this purpose course curriculum, content and resources were created and the Oxford Handbook of Civil Society was translated. Additional educational activities are being planned for students and academic personnel engaged in the project.
Throughout 2019-2020 academic years the course will be implemented in Ilia State University and 5 higher education institutions of Batumi, Gori, Zugdidi, Telavi and Kutaisi
